  • We provide companies with an end to end solution for document storage in our purpose built facility. Archived documents will be picked up on a monthly basis and stored under lock and key. The documents will be stored periodically so that when a box/file is requested by a client we will be able to fulfil the request within 24 hours of the request being made.

How do I pay for my storage?

We offer a number of payment options, you can spread the cost with a monthly Direct Debit, or make payments using your credit card, cash, debit cards or cheque.

What are the stores’ opening hours?

We offer free 24 hour access to your storage units.

Do the stores open on Poya days or other holidays?

To ensure your convenience, we are open 365 days a year.

Can I purchase packing materials at midnight?

Yes, we have made arrangements for purchases to be made at any time. There is  no requirement for payment at the time, a signed bill will be invoiced to your monthly bill directly

Does your store have trolleys?

Yes. We have two trolley sizes available. We also provide pallet trucks and fork lifting services if reserved in advance.

Are stores accessible to disabled customers?

Yes, our store offers disabled access. Please contact our cus- tomer service representative if you have a specific request, and the team will be more than happy to assist

What height are the storage units?

The average height is 9ft, although we have units available up to 20ft high. If you have an oversized item to store, we will help you find a storage solution – please contact our customer service representative.

Do I have to store items in boxes?

No. You can store your items however you like. However, we recommend using boxes to make the most of your unit space and reduce the risk of damage. We sell a range of boxes and packaging materials in store for your convenience.

Are there toilets on site?

We have one unisex toilet with disabled access.

Are pets allowed to come into the stores?

No. As our store can be very busy, with high volumes of traffic, we do not allow pets.

What unit size will I need?

This is dependent on the amount/type of items you’d like to store – we offer storage units starting from 60SQFT. Trained team members will be able to help you choose the right unit.

Do any of the units have shelves?

No, but you can rent or buy a racking unit in store, or we can arrange for one to be delivered to you.

Can I store someone else’s items?

Yes, as long as the unit is rented in your name and the true worth of these items is reflected in your insurance value.

Is there parking on site?

Yes. We offer on site parking spaces for all customers.

Why do I need a padlock

For security reasons, only you are permitted access to your unit. To legally gain access, they must be registered to your account first.

Can I add and remove items from my unit?

Yes. Once you have moved in, you can access your unit as often as you like. However, your not allowed to use the premises as a living room or residential purposes.

What if I lose my key?

If you lose your keys, we will ask you to provide proof of identification, and file a lost report. We will assist you to replace the locks.

Your contract asks for an alternate contact?

An alternate contact is the person you want us to con- tact in case of an emergency. This can be a friend, work colleague or family member who has a different home address to you

Can I share my unit with someone else?

Yes. You can grant access to someone else as long as they are registered on your account.

How much does storage cost?

Costs depend on your unit size. You can get a quote by contacting us with your requirement.

Does the storage quote I have include insur- ance?

No. Your quote includes rental, but not insurance. We can arrange insurance for you – please contact our cus- tomer service representative.

Do I have to pay a deposit for storage?

Yes, One month rent as an initial deposit which would be refunded on the expiry of your rental period.

Are there any hidden storage costs?

No. There are no hidden costs at our Self Storage.

Is there a discount if I pay for longer-term storage in advance?

Yes. We offer a range of pre-pay discounts for further information, please contact our customer service repre- sentative

Do you offer a ‘refer a friend’ discount on storage?

Yes. Subject to conditions and availability, we offer a discount if you refer a friend.

Why have I been charged for my Direct Debit/ Cheque bouncing?

When a Direct Debit is returned by the bank, we charge a small fee to cover the additional costs we incur in processing the payment and arranging an alternative payment.

What is the minimum storage term?

One month.

Can I move in today?

Yes, you can. Visit our store and a team member will help you complete the Storage Licence Agreement. You’ll need to show suitable proof of identity (such as a NIC, passport), proof of your address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and keep the deposit pay- ment. After that, you can move in straight away.

Do I have to sign a contract for storage?

Yes. Before you move in, you’ll need to sign a Storage License Agreement and be issued with full terms and conditions of storage. Our staff will explain these to you and answer any questions you may have.
